令人遗憾的是, there is no adequate alternative facility in which to conduct 毕业典礼 in the event of inclement weather. If rain is forecast, please come prepared for it. 

有座位. Up to 8 seats may be reserved with at least one family representative present until 8 a.m. at which time all held seats will be available to anyone on a first-come, first-served basis. Please encourage all family members and friends to be seated at that time. Thank you for your cooperation.
